Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: - Two (2) 95 feet diameter wastewater treatment activated sludge clarifiers (secondary clarifiers), above grade return activated sludge/waste activated sludge pump station with sunshade, submersible scum pump station, submersible drain pump station, concrete masonry block electrical building, associated site work, associated piping facilities, and associated electrical power distribution and control facilities. - Modifications to existing secondary wastewater treatment aeration tank influent and effluent channels, including structural modifications and installation of adjustable weir gates. - Modifications to existing wastewater mixed liquor/activated sludge return splitter box. - Demolition and removal of one (1) 60 feet diameter secondary clarifier and associated piping, electrical, and ancillary facilities. Request for interpretations of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Owner not later than March 25, 2025. Bids must comply with all requirements associated with this funding source, including, but not limited to, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts compliance, Equal Employment Opportunity compliance, EPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) compliance, and American Iron and Steel (AIS). Bidders shall make good faith efforts to use certified DBEs in accordance with the EPA's six good faith effort requirements. Bidders shall advertise for DBEs in accordance with the EPA's six good faith effort requirements and the Special Conditions of this Specification The estimated construction cost is $15,000,000 to $17,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Request for interpretations of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Owner not later than April 11, 2025.
