Reference Number 0000384662 The contract work for this project shall consist of providing COMPLETE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the maintenance standards set forth in this specification. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supervision required to properly maintain the landscaped areas in an attractive condition throughout the terms of the contract. Material shall include, but not be limited to fertilizers. Mulch will be supplied by the CITY, Contractor will install. Costs for all items of work, no additional compensation will be paid. The construction and completion of the project indicated above shall be in accordance with the highest possible industry standards of landscape maintenance available and the Plans and Specifications as prepared for this project.
