Site work and renovation of a civil project in Stony Point, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of April 24, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on Tuesday. The project consists of the following: o Coordinate with the Town of Stony Point STP Operator or his/her designatee. o Demolish the existing facility disconnect, the motor control center, ATS, generator panel and pump control panel. o Disconnect and demolish wire and exposed conduit for General Contractor demolished items. o Furnish and install a facility disconnect and distribution panel; Make connections to existing circuitry. o Furnish and install wire and conduit, and make power and signal connections to all proposed General Contractor furnished equipment including, but not limited to, the generator and ATS, pump system, sump pump system, mini-split system, roof fans, and gantry system. o Furnish and install lighting; Demolish existing lighting. o This project is funded by the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services Supplementary Conditions for FEMA Mitigation Assistance Contracts. See Exhibit E in the contract documents for details. o The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Town of Stony Point as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract.
