Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Rehabilitate Parallel Taxiway. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All inquiries should be directed to the Project Manager, James M. Hood, PE at 814.419.7858 or via email atjmhood@transystems.com. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents. The City of Hazleton is committed to assuring that small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (DBE) are included in projects it sponsors. The project specific goal been established as 1.79% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The City of Hazleton expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same.
