Questions Due Date: Sep 29nd 2025, 2:00 PM EDT The Project consists of construction of approximately 4,970 L.F. of new bituminous roadway and stormwater piping for roads. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA PREVAILING WAGES A Certified Check or Bank Draft payable to the order of CAN DO, INC. or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention is called to the fact that the PA Prevailing Wage Act is applicable this contract; Contractor must file Stipulation Against Liens prior to the start of construction; Contractor shall provide acceptable liability, property damage, and Worker's Compensation insurance and the Contractor must ensure that employees & applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin or handicap.
