**As of May 27,2025, the project was awarded to DOTT COMMUNICATIONS, INC, with an awarded amount of $48,710.00.** Low Voltage Cabling Bid Package Pre-Bid Meeting Info: There will be no pre-bid conference. Furnish and install a complete and operable data cabling system as indicated on the drawings and specifications to include, but not limited to cabling, devices, racks, and cross connections. Provide new fiber optic cabling to match owners existing cabling type between the in ground pull box and the MDF data rack utilizing conduit and pull strings provided by the electrical contractor. Furnish and install (2) 2-post data racks in each data room. A single lump sum bid will be required for all of the work. Bid security in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Kimberly reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Kimberly
