Upkeep and maintenance of all components of card access system, including Strikes, readers, and magnetic locks, as well as their interconnectivity with other doors hardware such as accessible openers. Software systems required for operation of the system, including licensing. Backend hardware systems, including control panels and power supplies. D The interconnectivity of all the above systems. CH must be able to independently make changes to the system, including: Create, modify, and delete card holder profiles, including assigning credentials and permissions. D Create and modify unlocking schedules, both reoccurring and exception (holiday). Create new user profiles for administrators Be able to accurately track access records, including accurate time-keeping. Must be able to provide quotations and time estimates for expansion and/or modification of the access system, including new or relocated access points. Provide new replacement access credentials for all users that will work with the following device: Imprivata 80 Reader (HDW-IMP-80-MINI) Ensure the proper operation of these systems 365 days a year. Contract term would be for two (2) years, with a one (1) year optional renewal, starting on June 1, 2025.
