Renovation of a medical facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The EMSC stationary generator is a Caterpillar Model 3512, 1.5-Megawatt unit. The radiator on the stationary generator has been determined to be at end of life and must be replaced. The NEORSD has obtained the services of a local radiator repair shop to perform a survey and to determine the approximate size and makeup of the existing radiator. That data from the survey is for information purposes only (see Appendix A). The contractor shall not rely on the accuracy of the survey but use it as an approximate size and requirements of the radiator to be replaced. The contractor shall be responsible for all permits, fees, tests, inspections, certifications, and applicable requirements relative to the execution of the Scope of Work specified herein. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, fuel, parts, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, incidentals, Codes and Standards, personal protective/safety equipment and devices, manuals, procedures, and services necessary for the safe, injury-free completion of all services performed under the scope of this Contract. All questions regarding any irregularities and /or requests for information related to these bid documents shall be submitted electronically in via the Questions and Answers tab of the project. Such inquiries will be answered as soon as is practicable. The contractor shall be aware that stand-by power systems and associated equipment may be contaminated with sewage that may or may not have received some type of treatment.
