Reference Number 0000379680 Job Location: Pueblo, CO Roof Replacement for LARC Building as per the attached Specifications and Drawings Scope of Services: The intent of this project is to replace the LARC (University Library) roof. Complete details of the project can be found in the attached specifications and attached plans. Remove and replace highlighted section of roof from attached Roof plan North drawing. The roof is located above the 3rd floor of the campus library building. Replace with fully adhered white EPDM membrane system on a 1/2" coverboard and poly-iso rigid insulation. Insulation to meet an average of R-35. Sloped roof tapers 1/4" per ft typical. Rood deck is 4" structural concrete slab on structural concrete precast T's. All work to meet specifications from provided drawings, and insurance scope of work. Roofing contractor to supply submittals for each layer component from roof deck up including fasteners, plates, adhesives, flashing materials, roof membrane or any other components of the roofing system. Contractor to also supply shop drawings for review by state code consulting official before commencement of project as well as manufacturers assembly letter and warranty. Roof inspections will be performed by a state code consulting official. Interior All interior work to match original construction and provided insurance scope of work.
