Improvements for this contract include plans for pourable joint and polymer header replacement, maintenance of traffic plans, and any other details required to repair and rehabilitate SR 4 bridges (Bridge No. 580101 and Bridge No. 580102) over Wilson Branch Creek and East Relief in Santa Rosa County. Pre-qualification is Required to Bid on This Project. Marine General Liability Insurance as referenced in Section 7-13.5 of the FDOT Standard Specifications may be required if any work under this Contract is performed using vessel(s)*. Prior to the Contract execution, Contractor shall provide written certification to the Department if no vessel(s) will be used for the work.
