In order to maintain its facilities in good condition, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION is looking for a CONTRACTOR to perform the annual inspection and maintenance, as well as on-demand work to correct the combustion equipment described in these specifications, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this call for tenders. This contract includes a lump-sum component and an on-demand component with a single contractor. Contract start date: April 2025 Contract end date: April 2027 The contract is for a firm two-year term, i.e. 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, with the possibility of one (1) year's extension. The extension year is at the discretion of the PUBLIC BODY and must be on the same terms and conditions as the final year, i.e. 2027-2028 .
