Reference number: 20072064 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-30 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 The aim of this call for tenders is to find a CONTRACTOR capable of carrying out the structural reinforcement and securing of the facing. In the area surrounding the mechanical room, the work involves replacing a section of masonry, installing helical rods in the headers, and repairing the foundations where necessary. Work will also include the replacement of existing lintels, doors, frames and windows. A light wall will be built to replace the existing windows. Structural reinforcements will also be added to basement doors. It should be noted that some work will have to be carried out in the presence of asbestos-containing materials, notably in the interior rendering. Completion of work: July 01, 2025 to August 21, 2025 Progressive start of teaching and non-teaching staff: August 22, 2025 Inspection and conditional acceptance of work: August 22, 2025 at the latest Start of school year (arrival of students): August 28, 2025 Deficiency correction period: Until September 05, 2025 Final inspection and unconditional acceptance of work: No later than September 08, 2025 * Award is subject to final approval.
