**As of June 24, 2025, the project was awarded to ePlan, with an awarded amount of $464,900.00.** This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the GROUNDWATER WELL. A cashier's check, a certified check or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder as a guarantee of his ability to perform the contract bid upon, and that he will enter into a written contract with the Owner to perform said work and/or furnish said materials in accordance with said plans and specifications and furnish the required bonds with ten (10) days after the acceptance of his bid. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the OWNER, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The undersigned bidder hereby agrees to furnish the required Performance Bond, Statutory Bond, Maintenance Bond, and evidence of insurance and to enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the acceptance of this proposal, and further agrees to complete the work in 90 days (stipulated in the Contract Agreement) from the date of the issuance by the City Engineer of a Work Order authorizing commencement of work. The undersigned bidder acknowledges the liquidated damages are $500.00 per calendar day for each day that exceeds the 45- day completion period as stipulated in the Contract Agreement. The OWNER reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. Wilson reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of the bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
