**As of May 13, 2025, the project was awarded to HAWAII EMULSION, INC., with an awarded amount of $576,992.00.** The project involves grading, patch and compact of existing road, adding 2" layer of 1/2 ' base and compacting, chip sealing existing 2.2 mile x 30' wider cane haul road. Each proposal shall be on a form furnished by the Department of Public Works, County of Maui. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted.
