This Request for Tenders (the "RFT") is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the "County"), the Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes, the Corporation of the Township of Cavan Monaghan, the Corporation of the Township of Selwyn, the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer, and the Corporation of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen (the "Townships/Municipalities") for the provision of Surface Treatment on various roads within the County of Peterborough. The Successful Bidder(s) for this RFT will enter into separate agreements for Surface Treatment Services with each of the participating Townships/Municipalities. Where this RFT refers to the County specifically it is to be understood that the same terms, conditions, and requirements apply to each of the participating Townships/Municipalities. Each participating Townships/Municipalities will be responsible to ensure appropriate approvals are secured and will be responsible to issue a Purchase Order to the Successful Bidder for their work. Invoices must be sent to the Township/Municipality or County identified herein. All work must be completed no later than Friday, September 5, 2025.
