Work in the Site Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. All General Provisions of the Contract 2. All work noted in Division 1 of the specifications 3. All Site work, excavation, backfill, import and export of fills, compaction, structural fills, retaining walls, underground piping systems complete, pavements and sub bases (asphalt and concrete) from building perimeter to property lines as noted or required in order to provide a complete project. Building pad elevations will be set to the required elevations as noted on the drawings as sub grade below crushed stone fill supporting the Slabs on grade under this contract. 4. All utilities (other than electric and data) will be provided under this contract to within 5-feet of new building footprints. 5. All excavation and backfill required outside the building footprint plus 10'. 6. All water, storm sewer, sanitary water and municipal tie-is shown or required 7. All pavements and hard surfaces noted 8. All plantings and maintenance as noted 9. All restorations and seeding 10. All daily final cleaning of site and roads as required 11. Legal and proper deposal of all excess materials no longer required 12. Permanent fencing and gates as noted on site drawings 13. The scope of this project includes but is not limited to: Site Work Construction, General Construction, Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction. As of March 17th, 2025, a construction manager has been identified. Construction is expected to begin in April 2025.
