A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. New construction of a pre-engineered metal building with unconditioned pen space for hogs, goats, and cattle with a central arena for all animals. A conditioned portion with a multipurpose space and restrooms and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. This report presents the results of the geotechnical investigation conducted for the Whitesboro ISD High School and Middle School additions. The project sites are located at 1 Bearcat Drive (High School) and 600 4 th Street (Middle School) in Whitesboro, Texas. We understand the project consists of the design and construction of a storm shelter/CTE addition and an auditorium addition to the existing High School, a Multipurpose facility building in the existing parking lot to the east of the High School, an Agricultural Barn approximately 1,500 feet southeast of the High School, and an Early Childhood Center approximately 800 feet east of the High School. A boring was also requested for a potential locker room addition to the existing Middle School. Associated parking lots and drives will be constructed for the additions. We understand that the maximum column loads will be in the range of 300 kips for a suspended slab and 200 kips for a slab-on-grade foundation. A new Agricultural Sciences Facility. The facility will be used for animals as well as a show arena.
