Proposals from qualified playground equipment providers to design, provide and install an inclusive playground to supplement an existing playground. Ozark School District is looking to select a playground design based on quality and adherence to Ozark School District Playground Design Guidelines and requirements identified in Appendix A. 2.1 - Design Options for Inclusive Playground Improvements o Provide a Base design or designs for the proposed Inclusive Playground along with optional venues. All options MUST include ADA early childhood (2-5 year old) developmental appropriate apparatus and ADA-accessible Swings. o Include with each Base Design Option and Optional designs a summary list of elements provided by the vendor for each option. o Drawings o Renderings o Product cut sheets and data o Other information to illustrate the vendor's design intent for each design option. 2.2 - Pricing: o Provide pricing for all labor and equipment required for excavation, foundations, equipment, border, seating, and surfacing within the playground border for each design option. The base design/designs are not to exceed $700,000 each, and multiple base designs are acceptable. If funding exists, optional venue designs can be awarded along with each base design. o Pricing is to be itemized by the element provided by the vendor, which shall include all installation/material costs. o Each "design option" must include ADA-accessible swings and ADA developmentalappropriate apparatus for early childhood (2-5 year olds). o The owner is a tax-exempt entity. Do not include taxes in vendor pricing submittal. 2.3 - References/Maintenance items: o Please provide an example of three similar projects in size and scope, including references
