Contractor shall perform, on an on-call Service Request basis, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of electrical related issues and low voltage data cabling at the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) Headquarters located at: 1001 I Street Sacramento California, 95814 2. All work provided by Contractor shall be inspected by CalEPA to ensure that the scope of the service request has been completed. CalEPA is solely responsible for determining acceptability of the work performed and the operability of the equipment. In the case of work requiring specialty inspection or performed under a building code, all required approvals shall be provided by qualified inspectors certified by corresponding regulatory entity approving the work. 3. There shall be no guarantee of a minimum number of services to be requested. Bids exceeding this amount may be deemed non- responsive and ineligible for award.
