Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Williams Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The County of Northampton is soliciting bids for Criminal Administration Building Parking Lot Repaving Project. Wy-Hit-Tuk Park Restroom Replacement and Trail Improvements. This Project involves the demolition and removal and replacement of an existing restroom facility along with accessibility upgrades to the trail and walkway. Utility improvements consist making final electric, water (well) and sanitary connections to new prefabricated concrete restroom structure. The County has purchased the prefabricated restroom structure. Contractor will be responsible for properly stubbing up the utilities and preparing the pad and coordinating the delivery of the structure. Contractor is also responsible for all final utility connections including water, sewer and electric. ITB 407-2519 QA - 5/16/25 Bidders I offerors requesting additional information and/or clarifications to the bid I proposal specifications shall submit the inquiries to the Procurement Office, in writing, not less than seven (7) working days prior to the bid I proposal opening date. Inquiries received less than seven (7) working days prior to the bid / proposal opening date will not be responded to
