SERVICE DESIRED: Provision of janitorial and housekeeping services for approximately 30 County buildings and sites. The Contract will be a one-year term Contract with provisions for up to four (4) possible one-year renewals. Work may cover, but not be limited to, all phases of janitorial and housekeeping services, and other related miscellaneous work. There is no guarantee that all terms will be awarded. It is the intention of the County to award the work to one prime contractor however the County reserves the right to award work to others if it is in the County's best interests.
