Wood Framed, 2x6 studs - Concrete Slab, 4" thick with 12"x12" footing around outer parameter - Metal Siding - (4) 3' x 6' windows approximate size - Metal Roof, 4/12 pitch, 12" overhang - (1) 3' metal exterior door - At door access, 4' x 6' x 4" concrete slab, Covered - Metal covered Fascia - Enclosed and vented Eaves - Gable ends vented - 6 - inch insulated walls - 8 - inch insulation in attic - Interior finished with drywall, painted light gray - Restroom with toilet, small shower and hand washing lavatory - Main room - 3' x 7' Formica (or equivalent) counter top/4" backsplash (1) stainless steel sink approximately 15" - On demand hot water heater(s) - Electrical receptacles located at 6' intervals around the walls 24" high, except 12" high over the counter top - LED lighting with one outside door light - HVAC System Winning bidder agrees to employ only personnel authorized to work in the United States of America on this project and agrees to show proof of such at any time during the project. Failure to meet this requirement may result in termination of the contract immediately. Bidders must provide proof of Insurance Either party may cancel the contract with a 30-day written notice.
