Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rison, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Woodlawn School District is planning to make maintenance repairs and upgrades to their existing Home stand bleachers. The following scope of work would need to be included in bid if interested. Scope of Work: All wooden flooring and back boards under seating to be removed and replaced with Aluminum plank flooring. Bench seating has already been done, this would just be replacing all the rest of the wood decking. Also included would is reworking of ramps on and off bleachers, these ramps will need to be lengthened to have less slope thus making it safer for our stadium fans. The ramps are currently wood as well and should be included in the price of the bid to remove and replace with Aluminum. Walk up areas on bleachers as well will need to be included. East end of bleachers already has a walk-up hand rail that will need to be Aluminum and West end currently doesn't have the walk-up rail but needs to be added and included in bid. Material Scope: Information: Bleachers have 4 sections that are 20' long and one section that is 10' in length giving a full 90' long, and have 12 rises (sections high). Two ramps and one on either end of bleachers, one existing hand rail on east end, with bid adding 2nd hand rail on west end. A 5% corporate bid bond shall accompany all submitted bids.
