Cleveland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids 24' x 48' BUILDING, 401 Sycamore St, Rison AR - Wood Framed, 2x6 studs - Concrete Slab, 4" thick with 12"x12" footing around outer parameter - Metal Siding - Metal Roof, 4/12 pitch, 12" overhang - (1) 3' metal exterior door - 4' x 6' covered doorway, 4" concrete slab, 12" x 12" footing - Metal covered Fascia - Enclosed and vented Eaves - Gable ends vented - 6 - inch insulated walls - 8 - inch insulation in attic - 8 ft Interior walls, painted light gray - Electrical receptacles located at 6' intervals around the walls 39" high - 2 rows LED lighting length ways - (1) 4' x 24' x 30-inch table with laminate tops - 2 Electrical drops enclosed from the ceiling to 30-inch table tops with electrical outlet on each side of drops - HVAC System Winning bidder agrees to employ only personnel authorized to work in the United States of America on this project and agrees to show proof of such at any time during the project. Failure to meet this requirement may result in termination of the contract immediately. Bidders must provide proof of Insurance Either party may cancel the contract with a 30-day written notice. Note: Project must be completed by October 30, 2025. Failure to deliver completed facility by October 30, 2025 may result in a 10% penalty of the overall bid.
