Reference Number 0000379774 This proposed project consists of Removal of Existing Berm and Restoration at Ford Lane, between the West side curb and West side of the Property Line; approximately 400 L.F. with an estimated in place quantity of 7000 CYD. Contractor must remove and dispose of spoils at a landfill or other location of the contractor's choosing as required and accepted by law. Please refer to the supplemental attachments for location and for the soil sampling and analysis. The selected Contractor must have at least 3 years' experience in Public Bid Work. Anticipated start date, weather permitting is April 15, 2025. General Requirements - Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration Required - Contractors License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % -- Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
