Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fenton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Trojan Development Co., Inc , with an awarded amount of $919,055.80.** This project consists of 350 feet of concrete riverwalk, 180 feet of retaining wall, a 50-foot pedestrian bridge, playground equipment, exercise stations, concrete pathway, other park furnishings, and associated landscape materials. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
