The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities that includes retrofit of the existing sand filters at the City of Titusville Blue Heron WRF to Aquadiamond cloth media filters. This includes installing a canopy over the proposed filters with new grating and handrail and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All work shall be in accordance to provided plans and specifications provided by the City's consultant Mead & Hunt Inc.
