The City of Palm Coast is soliciting bids from qualified companies to provide construction services to replace 30ft of 8-inch sewer pipe on Utah PL. that is approximately 7ft deep. project will take place on a road with one way in and out. Bid to include replacing road base with OPTIONAL BASE, BASE GROUP 09 and pavement with Asphalt Concrete Friction Course, Traffic C, FC - 9.5, PG 76-22, 1.5". The contractor must hold a valid General Contractors license and Florida Underground certification and provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and tools while meeting city roadway standards. Responsibilities include restriping resurfaced areas, obtaining required permits, and furnishing a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan per FDOT standards. The contractor is liable for any damage to the citys right-of-way, road surfaces, or private properties and must secure the construction site per city codes to ensure public safety. The Material and Workmanship Bond shall be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price as adjusted on the Final Application for Payment.
