The City of Kingman, Arizona ("City) is soliciting competitive Statements of Qualifications (SOQs or RFQs) from qualified firms for engineering and architectural services to the Kingman Municipal Airport & Industrial Park (IGM). Respondents wishing to submit questions regarding this RFQ must do so by 12:00 pm, Arizona time, on Friday, March 21, 2025. The City may reject any Response not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any response when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. Qualified firms must have the ability to provide a registered Professional Engineer(s) and Architect(s) for the specific disciplines necessary to complete each approved task. Said Professional Engineer(s) and Architect(s) shall be licensed by the State of Arizona The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereto, to waive any informality in any proposal, and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful to any contract with the City of Kingman. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
