Site work for a water / sewer project in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes throughout the City-Parish. A Certified Check or Cashiers Check, payable to the Parish of East Baton Rouge or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid. For this project the EBR Parish Purchasing office has directed a review of the scope of work and has established a minimum EBE goal of 10% of the contract amount. The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
