MPHA seeks bids from qualified firms for HVAC and plumbing maintenance services for MPHAs high rise buildings on an as-needed basis. The successful bidder (Contractor) will provide all labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation to provide the services at MPHAs various properties, which are detailed in Attachment I, MPHA Profile of Properties.
