The City of Brentwood is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Consultant Services for On-Call Stormwater Capital Project Design. Questions concerning the Request for Qualifications should be sent through the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement. Question Submission Deadline:March 26, 2025, 5:00pm Responsibilities of the professional consultant firm include, but are not limited to the following Required Scope of Services: Obtain design-level topographic survey data for project locations and surrounding vicinity. Perform engineering and design for proposed improvements. Identify potential constraints, constructability issues, and adverse impacts to adjacent properties. Perform conceptual planning; hydrologic and hydraulic studies, analyses, and reports; detailed design and regulatory or any other permitting for stormwater drainage facilities including retention/detention basins, channels, culverts and storm drain systems. Conduct detailed geotechnical testing and analysis as needed. Conduct environmental review and complete required permitting. Coordinate with stakeholders, including utilities, railroad agencies, and City Parks Staff. Create right-of-way exhibits as needed for projects. Support community involvement through coordination of public meetings and development of outreach materials. Manage procurement and construction through oversight of bid process.
