Provide as needed HVAC repairs (hourly rates) for city facilities PRICE/COST All charges should be included on the Price Sheet which includes all associated costs (including but not limited to delivery, freight, etc.) Bidder Must Bid on All Items. Award Will Be Made to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder. Line Item Bid: the City is Seeking Individual Bids for Each Item. Each Line Item Will Be Considered for Award Separately to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder. Bidders May Bid on One, Any, or All of the Items. Bidders Shall Complete All Category Fields to Be Deemed a Responsive Bidder for Such Category. The City May Elect to Award Only One, Any, or All Items.
