This Contract consists of Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of sanitary sewer main, lateral reinstatements, trimming of protruding taps, traffic control, bypass pumping, residential notifications and all appurtenances required to completely reline the sections of existing sanitary sewer pipe as shown on the drawings included in these specifications. Unless otherwise noted, all pipei sections shall be considered fully deteriorated. As-builts and videos the City has on record for sewer lines included in this project can be provided upon request. The work includes the construction of approximately: 397 LF 24" CIPP Lining 2,367 LF 18" CIPP Lining 1,038 LF 15" CIPP Lining 792 LF 12" CIPP Lining 1,848 LF 10" CIPP Lining 4,693 LF 8" CIPP Lining 11,135 LF Cleaning and Televising 100 EA Robitically Reinstate Service Project shall be completed by October 15, 2025. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Roseville, shall accompany each bid. This can be submitted either electronically with your bid through online or submitted via paper copy at or before the time of the bid opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
