Design-Build Services for Fieldhouses for Model and Pepperell High Schools. See attachment for details. The Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to submissions being received, to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities in responses to this RFQ, and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered March 28, 2025 Deadline for written questions/requests for clarification The construction work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a) Demolition and removal of existing buildings where new fieldhouses will sit. b) Site work and utility work as necessary in preparation for new buildings. c) Construction of two new field houses to accommodate the needs of the Owner. d) The design-builder shall provide all close-out documents such as as-built drawings, bonds, inspectors report, guarantees, etc. e) The selected company shall provide payment and performance bonds.
