The Floyd County Board of Commissioners are seeking sealed quotes for the purpose of providing specified Shade Screens for Floyd County's Alto Park Bleacher Areas. Specifications and Price Submission is attached. All communication concerning this project should be directed to the Purchasing Office until the bid is awarded. Vendors should not have contact with the Departments. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions regarding this bid should be sent via the Bonfire website or to Randy E. SITE INSPECTIONS: NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS QUOTE All inquiries regarding payment of invoices are to be directed to Accounts Payable (706) 291-5113 or Floyd County Commissioners, Attn: Accounts Payable, P.O. BOX 946, Rome, Georgia 30162 The successful bidder will be able to provide all materials necessary for the installation of Shade Screens for Rome/Floyd Parks & Recreation's Alto Park, located at 1014 Burnett Ferry Rd. Rome, GA 30165. This is for materials only. No Labor. The Parks & Recreation Department will complete the installation in house. It is extremely important that we be able to complete the installation of materials the vender provides in the months of June/July. Please see the specifications listed below and provide pricing:
