As of 5/15, this project has been canceled. The Rome City Schools Technology Services Department would like vendors to submit a simplified proposal for electrical work requested in this document. RFP# NHC-ELECTRICAL-052725 SCOPE OF WORK 1.1 Provide natural gas generator backed 600 amp service in room noted as "DC" 1.2 Provide generator and installation services 1.3 Natural gas plumbing will be by others 1.4 Data Center power utilizes the following breakers at 208/240v 1.4.1 175a(red), 80a(blue), 80a(blue), 15a(yellow), 15a(yellow) 1.5 Areas covered in red square need all existing circuits/outlets rerouted to new panels and all circuits verified as not overloaded by outlet count. 1.6 Remove and replace 70 2x4ft fluorescent light fixtures with LED light fixtures 1.7 Areas noted as Transportation and School Nutrition need generator backed outlets added as noted with orange indicators. If its cost effective, their circuits can be re-routed, otherwise, new circuits need to be installed in an appropriate configuration. 1.8 Existing switch gear location noted with green indicator 1.9 Generator planned installation location noted 1.10 Add single dedicated 20a 120v circuit where MDF is noted. Circuit will drop into data cabinet. 1.11 Add/relocate 120v 15a outlets to where purple indicators are. These outlets will be at 5ft or higher AFF. 1.12 Add/relocate 120v 15a outlet for refrigerator marked in gray All communications concerning this RFP must be submitted via email to the RCS Technology Services Department.
