The LACDA is seeking a screen door services contractor to provide screen door installations and repair services to assist the LACDA Housing Development residential units and other administrative offices, specifically the housing development sites to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform screen door services. The LACDA intends to award a one-year contract, with the option of four (4) one-year extensions, provided fees are fair and reasonable, services are needed, satisfactory performance, and funds are available.
