The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, systems, finishes, and related sitework. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted through the portal by the deadline indicated in the solicitation.
