PFR2025-00015 This is a request for Public Facility Review is to upgrade and expand the existing Judicial Center in Manassas, VA, which is to be completed in two phases: Phase one includes the construction of a parking garage, approx. 450 spaces, and demolition of the existing annex building. Phase two includes the construction of a multi-story courthouse. The properties are located at 9320 and 9300 Mosby St.; the parcels are identified on County Map as GPINs 7795-39-7511 and 7795-48-1570 on approximately 13.26 acres; is zoned A-1, Agricultural; is designated CRes-1B, Conservation Residential. These parcels are located in a Land Use Special Planning Area, as well as the Airport Safety Overlay and Agritourism and Arts Overlay District. Brentsville Magisterial District. As of April 25, 2025, project is in programming/design phase. Design team identified. Project expected to begin in early 2026. Phase 1 completion expected by 2031 and Phase 2 completion expected by 2041.
