Site work for a power facility in Lodi, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.

SEALED BIDS FOR: Village of Lodi, Ohio Krause 4.16kV Overhead Distribution Rebuild. The proposed Work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, tools and equipment to complete the project scope as follows: The distribution circuit that ties together Lodi's Krause Substation and Eaken Substation is being upgraded due to future work at Lodi's Krause Substation. Reconductor approximately 1.3 miles of existing 3 4.16kV distribution line with new 336.4 kCMIL ACSR 18/1 primary & #4/0 AWG ACSR 6/1 neutral to accommodate the full load. The new circuit to be built to 15kV standards. The contractor shall be required to provide material items as listed in the specifications or on the drawings. A hardcopy set may be obtained by sending a non- refundable check for $40.00 to the Engineers Office, attention Ashley Howerter. Additional copies of bid documents may be purchased for $40.00 per set, payable to GPD Group. For technical questions contact Joe Franczak, jfranczak@gpdgroup.com. You must contact the Engineer's Office to be a registered bidder. Only proposals submitted by registered bidders will be accepted. All bids shall be signed and submitted in duplicate on the blanks, which are provided separately with the Specifications. Each bid shall contain the name of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and must be accompanied by either a bid guaranty bond to the satisfaction of the Village, or a certified check drawn on a solvent bank, in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Village of Lodi, Ohio, as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance-payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract awarded. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Village of Lodi, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
