The project is expected to have any further updates on mid June of 2025.** Provide all labor and materials necessary to Intercept service coming to building near utility pole and install SE rated transfer switch. Pull out feeder wire and add grounding conductor required by first means of disconnect being located near utility rather than on the building. Install conduit and wiring for feeder from generator to transfer switch. Install conduit and wiring for battery charger and block heater circuit from generator to transfer switch. Install conduit and control wiring from generator to transfer switch for remote start wiring. Provide lift equipment for generator installation on concrete pad. Install new generator, set-up mounting(s) per generator manufacturer's specifications. Connect generator start circuit, battery charger and sump heater as applicable to nearest available power supply. Connect fuel supply to new generator. Verify installation and perform start-up checks, transfer and load bank testing to verify proper operation of all electrical and mechanical components. Clear all work debris and material from site and remove from property. All material and debris shall be disposed of properly. Set up and tie into existing emergency feeds and automatic start circuit. purchase one (1) 3-phase, 120/208VAC, 200kW turbo-diesel generator and 800 AMP automatic transfer switch along with final testing and activation of the new unit at Haltom City Fire Station 1, 5525 Broadway Avenue, Haltom City, TX. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, safety equipment and insurance necessary to perform this work.
