As of June 26, 2025, per owner, they have selected a design team. They plan to have a kickoff meeting soon and aim to complete preliminary design by September. The project is expected to proceed smoothly, with no bidding until spring next year due to grant limitations. Greenup County, Kentucky, is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms for professional services related to the design and construction of the Load Firehouse. Greenup County, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all submissions. Question Deadline 04/03/2025 questions relative to this RFQ prior to submitting bids shall be prepared in writing and transmitted to the attention of Eric Patton, Greenup County Project Manager, 301 Main Street, Greenup, Kentucky 41144, or via email to: epatton@greenupcountyky.gov. No inquiries will be accepted later than fi ve (5) business days prior to the bid opening date as this would not allow time to respond to all plan holders
