The Coweta County Board of Education invites you to bid on furnishing and installing new floor covering in selected areas of Arnco-Sargent Elementary School, Eastside Elementary School, and Newnan High School. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bids are opened. All bids shall be submitted on the provided bid form. Any bids exceeding $100,000.00 shall include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of bid security. No personal checks, cashier's checks, certified checks or cash will be accepted in lieu of the bid bond. Performance and payment bonds amounting to 100 percent of the contract sum will be required. All bonds shall be written by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, listed on the Federal Register and acceptable to the owner.
