This quote is for routine yearly maintenance & service and emergency service labor rates for AAON HVAC at the town hall building in the Borough of Beach Haven. For emergency repairs, bidder must be available to proceed with repairs within 4 hours of call-in This contract may be awarded to more than one bidder. Quote should be valid until 12.31.2025 Quote may be extended until 12.31.2026 if both the Borough and the vendor are in agreement of an extension. Quotes must be faxed to the Public Works Office at 609-492-3270 or emailed to mhennessy@beachhaven-nj.gov
