Palmer Drive Parking Structure Building Number 1000263 Structural Condition Assessment and Repairs Bidpack 01 - Construction Subcontractors or suppliers interested in the work should contact the invited bidders. Invited bidders will be provided digital copies (PDFs) of all bid documents free of charge. These documents will be available to the invitees via online. Invitees will be given access to this account via their designated corporate email address. Access to the Dropbox account will be available through the Bid Opening Date. The Facilities Information Center may help with issues related to the content sharing site and may be reached at FO-IS-FIC@umich.edu or (734) 647-1342. The Owner reserves the right not to proceed with the Project, to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in bidding as its interests may require. The University of Michigan will affirmatively insure, entered into pursuant to this advertisement, that diverse business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit a bid in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of their sex, race, creed, color, religion, age, height, weight, marital status, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, disability, or Vietnam-era veteran status. Withdrawal of any proposals is prohibited for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for opening of proposals.
