The Town of Hampstead is seeking a Firm to provide water treatment plant construction inspection services for the construction of water treatment plants associated with the Town of Hampstead PFAS Treatment and Centralization Project (""Project""). The Project is being funded, in part, by grants issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment State Revolving Loan Fund and the United States Environmental Protection Agency Emerging Contaminants in Small or Disadvantaged Communities Grant Program. Qualified minority business enterprises (MBE's) and women's business enterprises (WBE's) are especially encouraged to participate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
