Renovation of an educational facility in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The base cabinets and counter tops are to be bid per linear foot with installation. These are FULL laminate cabinets. Base cabinets to include inset pulls and the knuckle hinges. This is not for wall cabinets. Cabinet and countertop colors to be determined by Rutherford County Schools at the time of purchase. Color choices should be Wilsonart laminates. Pull color to be selected by Rutherford County Schools. There will be no demo, no sinks, and no plumbing. The bid awarded shall run for a period of twelve months with four options to renew annually for an additional twelve-month period under the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement by both parties. However, in no event shall the contract term exceed a total of sixty (60) months. Performance Bonds will be required for any work over $100,000.00 in the amount of 100% for the bond. RCBOE reserves the right to waive any formalities to accept any bids as a whole, split bid, and/or accept any individual item or items within a bid or to reject any or all bids whichever is in the best interest of RCBOE. The Board reserves the right to reject any/and all bids for any reason.
