**As of July 9, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of approximately 2,865 sq ft on one level. Construction includes, but is not limited to, installation of PEMB (pre-engineered metal building), concrete slabs on grade with concrete spread footings. Roof construction includes a standing seam metal roof system on roof purlins sloped to external gutters and downspouts. Finishes include, but are not restricted to, paint on the exterior walls and sealed concrete floors. Complete mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems are also included as is complete site work. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the bid will be required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid security will be returned to all bidders upon award of the Contract or rejection of the bids. A Guaranty Bond in the form of a Performance/Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Bid Contract Sum will be required. Requests for clarifications or information will not be accepted within seven working days of the bid date. Subcontractors for mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, site grading are to submit AIA Document A305, Contractors Qualification Statement, modified to exclude section 5 Financing.
