Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Institution intends to secure a contract for Parking Lot Seal, Coating & Striping as further defined in RFQ Requirements. This Contract shall be effective for the period commencing on 7/1/2025 and ending on 6/1/2026 The Institution shall have no obligation for services rendered by the Contractor which are not performed within the specified period. The bond shall be in the manner and form prescribed by the Institution, must be issued through a company licensed to issue such a bond in the State of Tennessee. TBR reserves the right to begin discussion with the next lowest bid that meets the RFQ requirements. Question Deadline 06/05/2025 All questions related to this RFQ must be submitted to procurement.travel@tbr.edu. No questions will be entertained after the submittal deadline.
